Supporting Every Student, Every Step of the Way

A positive, safe, and supportive campus environment is essential for students to learn effectively, develop confidence, and excel with a healthy and cheerful frame of mind. The Student Welfare Cell at Karpagam College of Engineering (KCE) is committed to promoting the holistic well-being, safety, and overall development of students throughout their college journey. The Cell addresses diverse dimensions of student welfare, including counselling and emotional well-being, personal and academic support, prevention of sexual harassment, anti-ragging measures, discipline, safety, and grievance redressal. Through dedicated mechanisms such as the Counselling Services, Prevention of Sexual Harassment (PoSH) Committee, Anti-Ragging Committee, Discipline Committee, and Grievance Redressal mechanisms, the Cell ensures that students have access to a secure, inclusive, respectful, and nurturing campus environment. These initiatives empower students to overcome challenges, seek timely support, build resilience, and pursue their academic and personal aspirations with confidence.
